We spent Memorial Day weekend at the lake with Mendy, Alex, Cannon and the Nordells.
It was very chill and relaxing and a great way to kick off summer.
The day Ryland doesn't choose me over every person around to sit by will be such a sad day.

Cannon wasn't having his first lake swim, even with his paci clipped close by on Alex's hat.

We always eat good at the lake and we cook every meal.

Memorial Day cuteness
I realize Memorial Day is not all about water activities, lake days and summer fun.
We are so thankful for those who serve our country each and every day, year in and year out, so that civilians like us can enjoy these simple freedoms.
It is not out of our sight or mind and we are so grateful.
