Kinley's 2nd Grade Fall field trip was to the Historical Heritage Village in Dallas.
It is basically a collection of authentic turn of the century buildings from all over the area that have been moved into one place to form a little village.
There are plantation homes, farm houses, a general store, a train station, schoolhouse, church, etc. All real homes and all in museum condition.
It is a great place to visit and I want to go back sometime with the boys.
