June - Dylan's fun

Dylan had his swim lessons with Ms Kelsey during the CT days. 

 He is a little fish.

 So proud of the strong swimmer he has become. 

 No puddle jumper or floatie at all this summer. 

 

We also got to take a class at the library on Wednesdays. 

He loved doing crafts and the summer reading program just like his big brother and sister.

  

Everyday with this sweet boy is just more fun. 

 How can you NOT smile when he's around??? 

 

 And he got a special "camp" of his own with Honey & Boss at the Ranch while the big kids were at Camp Thurman. He had the MOST fun on the ranch and according to Honey, would NOT leave Boss' side day or night.

 Sweet boy.

 

 

June-Staycation, Lake weekends and Local Fun

We started summer off with a little staycation at the Jadewaters at the Hilton Anatole with the Nordells.

 It really did feel like a mini-resort vacation for a couple days just a few miles down the road. 

We laid out by the pool, did the lazy river, ordered dinner and drinks and participated in the fun, family events on the property. It was a great time! 

 

We celebrated Lindsey's birthday out by Stacee's pool one afternoon and had a blast. 

 

We spent the second weekend of Summer at the lake with all our grandparents and Mendy & Alex. Fishing, paddleboarding, late night Codenames....We had such a fun time surrounded by family and kicking off summer at the lakehouse. 

 

We also spent Father's Day weekend at the lake.

 I took like zero pictures for some reason but we had a blast.

 Ben is the BEST daddy and my kids are just smitten with him. 

 

We spent Mendy's birthday with friends at the Harrison's pool. 

 It was easy and fun and she's the BEST to celebrate. 

Love her so.

   

Probably my fave show of this year's Broadway at the Bass has been "Waitress" SO good and so much fun with these precious couples. 

 

 First summer trip to Six Flags was with the Nordells. 

 These kids have SO much fun together and are all so sweet to each other. 

It makes everything we do together a blast. 

We rounded out June seeing "The Lion King" at Fair Park for Dallas Summer Musicals with the Howe fam.
 We can't get enough musical theatre and I am a sucker for ANYTHING we can all do as a family.
